We are working hard every day to provide the highest quality and newest products for our tenants. Lewiston at Pheasant Run & the NEW Lewiston at Seneca are NYSERDA certified. At these apartments communities, the NYSERDA certification provides cleaner air, greener energy, and lower utility bills.
Having cleaner and healthier communities helps us reduce our carbon footprint. More efficient products not only lower utility bills, but these products last longer and require less maintenance. Tenants enjoy all year-round comfort.
